From Family Kitchen to Culinary Innovation
My love for cooking began in my grandmother’s kitchen in New Orleans, where the aroma of gumbo and jambalaya filled the air. Those early memories of watching her transform simple ingredients into extraordinary meals sparked a passion that would define my life’s work.
After graduating from the Culinary Institute of America, I spent years working in Michelin-starred restaurants across Europe and Asia, learning techniques and flavors from diverse culinary traditions. But I always returned to one truth: the best food tells a story and brings people together.
Today, through PlateFusion, I share recipes that bridge traditional techniques with modern innovation, making restaurant-quality dishes accessible to home cooks everywhere. Every recipe is tested, refined, and crafted with the same care I’d give to a dish in a professional kitchen.
